There are many items needed to support a Grand Prix / Pinewood Derby event. You don't want to be scrambling around looking for tape, screw drivers, tables, etc., as your racers and viewers are coming into the race area.

The Grand Prix Organizer provides a comprehensive list of equipment, consumables, and minor stuff that comes in handy when putting it all together.

Of course, you can add to or modify the list.
